Severák – for families with small children

The ski center Severák is the best destination for first timers and beginners in Jizera Mountains. If you are seeking a suitable place for families with small children, you will surely like it. This ski resort offers a wide range of services – parking for free, ski & snowboard rental, ski & snowboard school, night skiing, snack-bars, restaurant etc. You will find there plenty of suitably-graded slopes with a large number of children ski lifts including the SunKid conveyor belt. There is also a unique training area for small children with lots of attractions (i.e. a ski roundabout) as well as a playroom for kids with a babysitting option.

Bedřichov – for families with kids, downhill and cross-country skiiers

Distance from our guesthouse - 4,6km, by car about 7min, by bus about 25min

The ski area Bedřichov is probably the most popular holiday resort in the heart of Jizera Mountains. It provides plenty of winter activities. Families with kids, especially for those who can ski already, will certainly appreciate daily maintained ski slopes. You can employ services of a local ski & snowboard school, borrow winter equipment of high quality from ski & snowboard rentals or enjoy night skiing from 16:30 to 21:00 on the ski lift Malinovka.

If you prefer cross-country skiing to downhill skiing, then Bedřichov is an ideal place for you. The Bedřichov skiing stadium is a starting point to the main cross-country skiing track of Jizerská magistrála or you can train cross-country skiing right on the stadium.

Tanvaldský Špičák – for families with kids, downhill and cross-country skiiers

Tanvaldský Špičák is the biggest ski area in Jizera Mountains and one of the most important winter sport resort in the Czech Republic. You can find there ski slopes of all difficulty levels with 6 ski lifts of various length and 1 chair lift. The ski resort offers separated training place for kids with a rope tow, a half-pipe for snowboarders and also night skiing.

For cross-country skiers there are prepared tracks, which are connected to Jizerská magistrála, the main cross-country skiing track in Jizera Mountains.

Ještěd – for all downhill skiiers

Distance from our guesthouse - 18,1km, by car cca 22min

Ještěd is a well known ski resort, which was completely modernized due to FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2009. In this new SKI areal Ještěd you can use a cable railway, 3 chair lifts and 5 new ski lifts. You can find there a wide range of ski slopes with high quality, top ski & snowboard rentals, ski service and ski & snowboard school for kids and adults. Moreover, there are guarded parking areas for free.
